The planer roller is used for large cutting volume solid wood thicknessing processing (planing thickness up to 2-3mm). Without this unit, such cutting volume would be very expensive for thicknessing, as more thicknessing rollers and 40-60 grit sanding belts would be required, motor power would also increase, leading to significant energy consumption. The planer-sander completely solves this problem.
