Full Precision Double Roller Coating Machine
This machine is suitable for surface coating of various flat boards (such as: panel furniture, engineered wood flooring, plastic decorative panels, metal, etc.). After coating with this machine, the flat paint film is smooth, fine, and free of color variation. The coating wheel, metering roller, and conveyor belt are all driven by independent variable frequency drives and reducers, enabling more precise control of the surface smoothness and film thickness. The coating wheel is made of imported rubber material, equipped with a high-quality electroplated metering roller and imported stainless steel scraper or PU scraper. The design adopts a split structure, which facilitates disassembly and cleaning. The coating wheel of this machine uses a cast quick-release device, allowing for convenient replacement and precise positioning. It is fitted with an imported scraper, with the angle adjustable via a miniature RV gear reducer box. The gap between the electro-optical roller and the rubber roller is adjusted through a miniature RV gearbox, ensuring accurate precision. This machine is suitable for various paints, such as: UV, PU, NC, and water-based coatings, etc. The paint can be recycled and reused, with no waste. Optional configuration: This machine can adopt PLC microcomputer fully automated control; the lifting mechanism can adopt an automatic lifting device.
