Heavy Duty Filler Machine
This machine is suitable for surface paint filling on boards with relatively coarse fibers (such as: panel furniture, bamboo/wood flooring, MDF boards, particle boards, calcium silicate boards, etc.). This machine can fill in the recessed pores of the boards to achieve a smooth finish, and scrape away excess paint for recycling, completely eliminating the need for manual filling, thereby maximizing production efficiency and coating results. The coating wheel, metering roller, filling wheel, and conveyor belt are all driven by independent variable frequency drives and reducers. The conveyor belt uses an imported solvent-resistant striped belt. This machine is suitable for various filling putties, such as UV putty, water-based putty, etc. Optional configuration: This machine can adopt PLC microcomputer fully automated control; the lifting mechanism can adopt an automatic lifting device
